Case Study: Cantata Store in Dubai by Hanford

Cantata Tea & Coffee Store Plan in Dubai

Project

  • Location: Shop 39, Al Attar Business Center, Al Barsha 1, Dubai
  • Brand: Cantata – premium tea and coffee with an international reputation
  • Official Website: www.cantata.ae
  • Contractor: Hanford

Task

Cantata provided an approved design project and drawings that required professional implementation. Our task at Hanford was a full range of turnkey works:

  • Preparation of the premises
  • Finishing works
  • Laying tiles
  • Installation of engineering systems (water, sewerage, electricity)
  • Production and installation of branded furniture
  • Printing and installation of decorative elements
  • Final finishing with an emphasis on premium materials (marble, glass, etc.)

Stage 1: Preparation of the premises and rough work

Cleaning and marking

Initially, we cleared the premises of temporary partitions and unnecessary elements. According to Cantata's drawings, we marked out the future zones: sales area, coffee island, warehouse, technical area.

Power supply

At the customer's request, an increased electrical load was provided for:

  • Two professional coffee machines
  • Grinders
  • Refrigerated display cases
  • Display case lighting
  • Cash register equipment

We replaced the standard electrical wiring with a cable with a cross-section corresponding to a load of up to 15 kW, laid separate lines with machines, and installed additional sockets in places strictly specified by the designer.

Water and sewerage

We installed a water inlet with filtration for the coffee equipment and connected the drainage to the general sewer network of the building. High-quality materials were used - Rehau pipes, Giacomini shut-off valves.

Stage 2: Finishing the premises

Floor

We laid large-format light tiles (60x60 cm) with minimal seams. The surface was perfectly leveled, matte tiles were used for safe movement. All corners are treated with aluminum profiles.

Walls and ceiling

The walls were covered with decorative plaster and then painted using the Cantata brand palette. The ceiling is modular plasterboard with built-in spotlights and spotlights, as well as suspended tracks for lighting the display cases.

Marble

The key accent is the marble finish of the counter and part of the walls. We used natural marble with a “glossy wave” polish. Installation was carried out on a metal frame, with hidden fasteners. The corners are joined at 45 degrees - jewelry-level work.

Stage 3: Furniture production and installation

According to the provided drawings, we manufactured the furniture in our own production facility:

  • Main stand with veneer and marble finish
  • Display cases with cooling and LED lighting
  • Shelves for packaged tea and coffee
  • Podiums for decor
  • Suspended structures

All elements are made with jewelry precision according to dimensions, using moisture-resistant plywood, HPL laminate, tempered glass and branded fittings.

The installation was carried out in 2 stages:

  1. Installation of supporting structures
  2. Final assembly and alignment to zero

Stage 4: Decorations and graphics

Cantata branded elements were made by us according to the layouts:

  • Printing of interior panels (UV printing on acrylic)
  • Laser cutting of logos
  • Applications on glass partitions
  • Brand plates with magnetic holders

For visual design, durable printing and engraving with high detail were used.

Result

Hanford completed the project in 28 working days. The store turned out to be stylish, premium and fully compliant with Cantata brand standards.

All engineering systems were tested and commissioned. The client was pleased with the accuracy of execution, quality of finishing and deadlines.
